- For all orders made before 1PM Monday- Friday -dispatch same day using DHL express delivery for next working day delivery.
- Bank holidays- we are closed and will dispatch orders the following day.
- Orders over £30 free shipping
- Orders up to £30 are charged at £3.99
RETURNS
- We provide free returns shipping labels
- Returns must be made within 28days
- Follow returns instructions slip provided with receipt
- Contact DHL online or over the phone to arrange pick up at your conveniece using waybill number provided
- Return goods as sold with all of the original packaging
- Refunds will be processed via original payment platform within 1 working day upon receiving refunded goods
- For full order returns- a full refund including original delivery payment will be made.
- A partial return will have a delivery charge of £3.99 deducted from the refund amount.( This does not apply to faulty goods)
